PRESIDENT

Steve is an entrepreneur through and through.  He has been leading startup companies for the past 40+ years.  During this time, he has become a strong presence in the triangle - in business, philanthropy and community.  He acquired his first commercial office building in 1995 and hasn't looked back since.   

BROKER

Grant comes from a strong business background, leading IT Agile development at PNC Bank for 7 years.  He joined Monument 5 years ago to grow the portfolio by expanding to new products and new markets.  He now leads the company's growth and has brought a new focus towards industrial/flex development. 

CFO

Frank has seen almost every aspect of business throughout the last 30+ years of business.  He has been a Founder, CEO and CFO.  He does all of the above for Monument and a key part of their success.

ASSET MANAGER

Sarah brings over 25 years of successful business experience to Monument with recognized strength in managing complex projects and building relationships.  She is currently performing a variety of project management tasks related to project predevelopment, development and asset management.
